At ShayVeda, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in crafting our skincare products with the highest quality ingredients and standards. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
However, we will accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed products within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos for documentation and to help us improve our quality checks.
We’ll gladly replace the product or issue a full refund (including shipping) in such cases.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
